Information you choose to provide
FLUXJO only receives personal or project information when you choose to provide it through the guided Start Project experience or a contact channel. The website does not create a customer account or store the project brief in a FLUXJO database.
Contact information
You may contact FLUXJO through WhatsApp or Instagram. Information you send on those services is handled under their own terms and privacy practices as well as our use of it to respond to you.
Project request data
Depending on the service, a request may include your name, country, WhatsApp number, optional email, requested service, event or business information, selected features, style, preferred colors, links and notes. The browser turns these answers into a structured message. Nothing is sent until you continue to WhatsApp and choose to send it.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses limited browser storage for theme, language, privacy choices, the one-time brand intro and an in-progress order draft when you switch language. The draft stays in the current browser session and is not sent anywhere by that storage. The Cookie Policy lists the active keys.
Analytics
FLUXJO does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising tracking on this website. The consent system keeps Analytics and Marketing off unless a future integration is added and you give the required permission.
Third-party services and links
The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, external portfolio websites and project embeds. These services may receive technical information when you open them and apply their own privacy practices. PayPal may be referenced as an available payment communication option, but no PayPal script is loaded by this website.
Payments
FLUXJO may provide CliQ, PayPal or bank-transfer instructions after a project is confirmed. This website does not collect or process card or bank account details.
Data retention
Information received through a contact service is kept only as reasonably necessary for communication, project delivery, legal obligations or legitimate business records. FLUXJO does not set an artificial fixed period where one is not required.
Your choices and contact
You can ask FLUXJO about information you have sent, request an appropriate correction or deletion, or reopen Cookie Settings from the footer. Use the configured WhatsApp or Instagram channel to contact us about privacy.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the website or its integrations change. The current last-updated date appears at the top of this page. A material cookie change may also increase the consent version and ask for your choices again.
