LEGAL / FLUXJO

Terms & Conditions

A practical framework for digital services and project requests.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

01

Services

FLUXJO provides digital invitations, online menus, website design and development, custom digital work, and may introduce Flux Link in the future. The exact project scope is confirmed before work begins.

02

Project requests

A website request is an invitation to discuss a project, not automatic acceptance or a final contract. FLUXJO confirms availability and scope through direct communication.

03

Quotes and pricing

Pricing depends on the service, content, complexity and requested functionality. A quote or agreed written summary takes priority over general website copy.

04

Payment

Inside Jordan, CliQ may be offered. Outside Jordan, PayPal or bank transfer may be offered. Specific pricing, payment stages, revisions and delivery expectations are agreed before the project begins. Payment details are provided after project confirmation.

05

Project start

Work begins after the project scope, required materials, schedule and any agreed initial payment are confirmed.

06

Client-provided content

Clients are responsible for having appropriate permission to use logos, photographs, video, music, copy, fonts and brand assets they supply. FLUXJO will handle supplied materials with reasonable care.

07

Revisions

Revision expectations are agreed for each project. Requests that materially change the approved scope may require a new schedule or price, which will be discussed before extra work begins.

08

Delivery timelines

Timelines depend on timely content, feedback, approvals and third-party services. FLUXJO will communicate material changes rather than promise a fixed delivery period that has not been agreed.

09

Third-party services

Projects may rely on domains, hosting, maps, music, social platforms, payment services or other third-party tools. Their availability, fees and rules remain controlled by their providers.

10

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for final project work are agreed with the client. FLUXJO keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable systems and know-how unless a written agreement says otherwise.

11

Portfolio usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FLUXJO may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio or promotional materials. Private or confidential work will not be treated as public merely because it was created by FLUXJO.

12

Project cancellation

If a project is paused or cancelled, the parties will agree how completed work, supplied materials and any outstanding payments are handled based on the confirmed project arrangement.

14

Website availability

We aim to keep the FLUXJO website available and accurate, but maintenance, network issues or third-party failures may cause interruptions.

15

Reasonable limitations

To the extent allowed by applicable law, FLUXJO is not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of this public website or by services outside our control. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as FLUXJO services evolve. The current last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Project-specific written agreements remain controlling for that project.
